Oh for Flip's Sake!

I’ve been messing around for hours here now as I wanted to add a Blogrolling widget. No problems with the blogrolling, but as WordPress doesn’t accept Javascript, I wanted to add it as an RSS feed widget. Ha! It seems they’re not too happy with that either – error after error – or displaying the rss I deleted, re-edited and re-posted 
I also added a flagcounter – a bit of a fancy way of seeing where my visitors come from – if there are any, there’s only me and a Canadian been here it seems

Maybe I better let it rest for a while and go do something useful, like clean the kitchen 
I still need to find something for my daily pic too…

I have to say I’m that Canadian, it’s when I’m in my hotel (at work, like now, I connect through the UK).
And I don’t see your comments update – I think that’s my problem (a proxy cache issue) though. But it’s why you have two comments saying more or less the same thing, from me.

Aaah – right, I should have known it was you – ooh, look, it seems your presence has given my blog a shove too – the blogrolling is showing up properly! *touches wood* via the helpfaqs here I found a good way of checking an rss feed too – Feed Validator and according to that one it was the cedille of the french dictionary (twice!) that was giving it gip, so I removed that, but still didn’t change anything – until now then that is

No worries, the more comments, the merrier – at least I know someone reads it. It seems the kids haven’t got a chance to have a look yet – ah well, they haven’t got their laptop with them, so they can’t be as connected as they are at home
