It’s been a while since I blogposted a Flickr-pic too, so how about some home made carrot cake?
Impressive, no?
Store-bought marzipan (didn’t have time to make my own) but the girls added the food colouring to get proper carrots.
Oh yeah, it isn’t the ‘proper’ carrot cake icing with cream cheese and orange rind – girls aren’t keen on that, so we opted for ordinary icing.

I’ve never been very good with diaries neither 
I always end up with a nice booklet with a few pages filled in – I actually buy them for their nice covers I think 
During the half year we were away here, we moved house, created a new garden, bought a bakfiets (great toy for the kids!) and basically were busy living life full speed. And before you know it, exam time is upon us again and almost summer holidays too!
But as I’ve been busy handing out my Moo-cards lately alot, it’s time I inject some new life in this blog – you never know, maybe people even start reading this
So, who knows, maybe I’ll find something interesting to report in the coming weeks – stay tuned, even if it only was to know what we’ve been eating lately!
